My journey into yoga began when I was little, joining my mum as she practiced at home with her DVDs. Back then, I didn’t fully understand the significance of her practice — I just enjoyed the calm moments we shared before our busy house woke up. Her commitment to daily practice, even in the midst of a busy life, has always been a quiet but powerful inspiration to me. With a regular sadhana of my own, I see myself as a committed and curious student above all.
As a teacher, I have a strong foundation in traditional yoga, weaving principles of both Hatha and Tantra into my classes. I've been teaching for five years, leading retreats, sharing circles, and creative workshops with people from around the world. My style is simple and accessible, yet grounded in a deep, immersive study of yogic philosophy and Vedic texts.
With ten years of experience as an educator, I bring an interdisciplinary approach to yoga and wellbeing, grounded in a deep understanding of how we learn as children — and how those early experiences shape us as adults. I'm curious about how our experiences shape us, influencing our behaviours, perspectives, and ways of being. I approach each class with thoughtful intention, honouring both tradition and the richness of our diverse lived experiences. My aim is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels supported, seen, and held on their unique journey through life.
