Sediments, 2023

This exhibition delves into the formation of national and cultural identities, drawing from months of practice-led research methodology. Through the incorporation of personal documents and photographs, I examined how printmaking and collage can serve as tools for exploring topics like diaspora, mixed cultural identities, and the non-linear development of identities, with a particular focus on my British and Turkish Cypriot heritage.
