Personal 1:1 Practice

A personal 1:1 yoga practice is designed with you in mind. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs. Traditionally, yoga was taught on a 1:1 basis through a teacher student tradition — a guru shishya parampara — where gurus would impart ancient teachings on to their students.

These personalised yoga sessions offer the space to explore what your mind and body needs. Together, we'll create a practice that aligns with your current state and evolves as you do.

Wellness @ Work

Whether virtual or in-person, sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of your team.

From a refreshing midday break to an end-of-day wind-down or a team-building experience, these sessions can be adapted to align with your company’s goals and schedule.

Sessions can focus on stress relief, gentle movement, or energising flows — whatever best supports your team.

Yoga Series

These yoga series are thoughtfully designed to guide you through a transformative journey. Each one is centred around a unique theme or goal, helping you deepen your practice in different ways.

You’ll receive a unique password to unlock the content on The Hub, where you can explore all the video sessions at your own pace. Each series also comes with a beautifully crafted journaling workbook, filled with reflective prompts to support your self-study and complement your mat practice.
