Personal 1:1 Practice
These one-to-one sessions are designed to give you space to explore what your mind and body truly need. Rooted in the traditional teacher–student approach of yoga, known as guru shishya paramparā, this way of learning honours the depth and individuality of practice.
Together, we’ll develop a practice that aligns with your unique needs and adapts as you grow. Sessions can take place either in person or online, offering flexibility and continuity wherever you are.
Wellness @ Work
Whether virtual or in-person, sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of your team and will be adapted to align with your company’s goals and schedule.
Sessions can focus on stress relief, mental health awareness, breaking up working-from-home days, or team bonding—whatever best supports your team.
40 Day Sadhana
When you commit to the same sequence of asana, pranayama, mantra, or meditation for 40 days, this is called a sādhanā. Traditionally, yogis have practiced in this way to break old patterns, build new habits, and go deeper into their practice.
We’ll begin with a 20-minute discovery call to understand your needs. I’ll then design a personalised 60-minute practice, taught either in person or online. You’ll also receive a recording so you can continue your practice daily for 40 days.
